Parking Privilege
Terms and Conditions
- Monday to Friday: Customers who spend HK$200 or above at Monterey Place, Capri Place, or Savannah Place can enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking on the same day (maximum 2 hours per day). Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: Customers who spend HK$300 or above at Monterey Place, Capri Place, or Savannah Place can enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking on the same day (maximum 2 hours per day). A maximum of three electronic receipts issued by tenants of Monterey Place, Capri Place, or Savannah Place will be accepted for each redemption. Each set of valid receipts is applicable to one vehicle only.
- Only electronic payments are accepted. Electronic payment methods include Credit Card, EPS, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayMe, FPS, UnionPay QuickPass, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other stored-value payment instruments (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus "O! ePay", Tap & Go, and TNG Wallet) regulated under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584).
- Same-day original receipt(s) and the Octopus card used for parking payment must be presented for registration. Only electronic receipts that clearly show the shop name and cashier machine-printed reference number will be accepted. The following transactions are not eligible: Octopus card top-ups; value-added or payment services; mail, fax, email, or telephone orders; online shopping; trade-in transactions; product redemptions; purchase or use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards, or value-added cards; payments settled by cash; transactions supported by handwritten, reprinted, or photocopied receipts or payment slips; cancelled or refunded transactions; and any other non-eligible transactions. All receipts submitted for redemption will be stamped as part of the redemption process.
- The following trades and services are not eligible for parking privileges: churches, youth services, elderly services, schools, medical clinics, dental clinics, and banks.
- Complimentary parking will be offered once per vehicle per day, on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to parking space availability.
- For parking hours beyond the complimentary parking period, the prevailing hourly parking rate will apply.
- The redeemed parking privilege cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for any other services or products.
- Shops at Monterey Place, Capri Place, and Savannah Place may reject refund requests for receipts that have been stamped for redemption. The Management Office of Monterey Place, Capri Place, and Savannah Place reserves the right to require customers to return the redeemed parking privilege if the required spending threshold is no longer met after a refund.
- For hourly car park users, no parking privilege will be granted in the event of a lost Octopus card. Users must pay the full parking fee according to the car park's parking records.
- The Management Office of Monterey Place, Capri Place, and Savannah Place reserves the right to amend this offer and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Management Office of Monterey Place, Capri Place, and Savannah Place shall be final and binding. All customers must comply with these Terms and Conditions for parking privilege redemption.
